Technical Information
Supplying images for In-House Assembly
For those customers supplying images printed by their favoured lab, please be aware that if photographs are being sent directly to us from the lab, we cannot be held responsible if the images are rejected in any way once the frame has been dispatched. This is also applicable to colour issues. Neither can we be held responsible for any delays which occur through the receipt of damaged prints.
If images are being supplied from customers whom are self-printing, images must be supplied trimmed to the correct size, ready for assembly. Prints on fine art paper should be supplied fixed as appropriate.
Supplying files for In-House Assembly
Files need to be supplied colour corrected and sized ready to print. They can be sent by post or ftp in either jpeg or tiff formats at 300 dpi Adobe RGB. Prints will be supplied on Kodak Lustre paper as standard, or Hahnemhulle German Etching paper for Ascot Fine Art products.
For certain products image sizes will need to be supplied slightly larger than the final image size, such as those products from the Minimalist and Canvas collections please view the product range pages for details.
